ROCHESTER - A city man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute early today.
Timothy Cullen, 21, of 7 Glenwood Ave., was arrested around 1:30 a.m. during an active investigation and found to be in possession of the pot.
He was also charged with contempt for violating the conditions of earlier bail from a prior arrest. Cullen this time refused bail and will be arraigned later today in Rochester District Court via video.
