City man nabbed on heroin trafficking charge

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police early today arrested a city man after he reportedly overdosed in a vehicle at Rochester Crossing.

Police got the call for a man who had overdosed and was in his vehicle around 1:30 a.m. arresting Hector Guzman, 22, of Beauview Street.

Guzman was charged with felony level charges of possession of controlled drugs (Heroin), possession of controlled drugs with the intent to distribute, falsifying physical evidence and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.

He was held on $5,000 bail with an arraignment later today at Rochester District Court.
