DOVER - A Rochester man will spend at least a year in jail after pleading guilty to theft and drug charges on Wednesday. Jason Laskey, 43, of Lafayette Street, was sentenced to 1-4 years on the theft charge, while the drug charge drew a 2-4 year sentence that was fully suspended for three years. He can also shave six months off his sentence with completion of a anti-drug program, Assistant County Attorney Patrick Conroy said. The charges Laskey pleaded guilty to are a result of incident in February.
