City man was drunk when he crashed into parked car and kept going, police say

ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested for driving drunk and leaving the scene of an accident on Thursday after he allegedly struck a parked vehicle outside Buffalo Wild Wings and kept on going.

Police got the call around 7:30 p.m. and responded to Rochester Crossing where they learned from witnesses that the suspect had left in a jacked-up longbed GMC Sierra after hitting a Chevrolet Impala.

Soon after police spotted the suspect vehicle on Lowell Street and after administering a field sobriety test arrested Craig Osborne, 45, of 167 Lowell St.

Osborne was released on personal recognizance pending an arraignment at Rochester District Court.
