ROCHESTER - A city teenager was arrested on Sunday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Sheldon Hilton, 17, of 773 Salmon Falls Road, was charged with willful concealment and bailed on $1,000 personal recognizance pending his arraignment next month at the 7^th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
