ROCHESTER - A Rochester teenager was arrested in a shoplifting incident on Saturday at Walmart.

Ashley Cardin, 19, of 11 Gina Drive, was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment.

Cardin was bailed and released on $1,000 personal recognizance, pending her arraignment in November in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
