City woman nabbed for alleged fentanyl possession at jail

DOVER - A Rochester woman has been arrested in the trafficking of fentanyl at the Strafford County House of Correction.

Kerri Ann Guay, 31, of 6 Willey St, Rochester, was charged with two felonies: delivery of articles prohibited and possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl, in an amount of more than five grams.

The arrest was a result of her alleged fentanyl possession on April 2 while in custody at the jail.

Guay was expected to be arraigned on the charges today at Strafford County Superior Court.

The arrest was the result of a joint investigation of the Strafford County Sheriff's Office and Strafford County Jail.

Guay was earlier arrested in 2011 in a string of pharmacy robberies that occurred in Sanford, Maine, and Rochester.
