ROCHESTER - A Conway, N.H., woman was arrested on Monday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Jaime Lee Wheeler, 29 of Rt. 16 was charged with Willful Concealment and was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending an in the Rochester District Court next month.
