LACONIA - The Laconia mom allegedly killed by her 32-year-old son died as a result of strangulation, the state's Medical Examiners Office released on Wednesday.
Christopher Garon, 32, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with one count of Second-Degree Murder, according to a Dept. of Safety press release.
Police got involved around 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday when they were dispatched to 52 Old Prescott Hill Road in Laconia.
Upon arriving, Laconia Police officers found Linda Dionne, 58, deceased inside the home where they also encountered Dionne's son.
Garon remains held at Belknap County Jail.
