Current hospitalizations trend downward; Rochester still has most cases in county

CONCORD - Despite daily newfound positive cases of COVID-19 remaining relatively high, current active hospitalizations continue to dwindle, now down to 71.

On Saturday DHHS officials also announced 49 new confirmed cases, with 10 new hospitalizations and three deaths, all 60 or over and from Hillsborough County.

No new Strafford County cases were identified.

Meanwhile, Rochester continues to have the more active COVID-19 cases than any city or town in Strafford County, with 14, while Dover has six and Farmington, Strafford, Milton, Somersworth and Barrington with 1-4.

Also "Recovered" cases continue to surge, now at 74 percent.
