ROCHESTER - Diana L. Manuel, 58, of 21 Blossom Lane, died unexpectedly Monday, February 27, 2017, in Rochester. Born in Lynn, Mass., May 21, 1958, she was the daughter of Elizabeth J. Scurrah and the late Donald J. Brazis.
Diana grew up in Lynn, where she attended Classical High School. She moved to Portsmouth in 1988 where she resided until moving to Rochester in 1996. She worked for Windswept Acres Co-op as an office manager for the last 14 years.
Diana enjoyed spending time with family and friends and her two beloved dogs. She loved riding her scooter and was a member of the NH Seacoast Scooter Club. She enjoyed collecting Tweety Bird memorabilia, gardening and listening to country music.
Diana is survived by her husband of 25 years, George F. Manuel of Rochester; her mother, Elizabeth J. Scurrah of Rochester; her daughter, Karen M. Wear and husband Patrick K. Wear of Rochester; daughter, Leighann Muse and husband Shaun A. Muse of Rochester; granddaughters, Karleigh M. Wear and Brielle M. Muse and expectant first grandson, Ethan J. Muse all of Rochester; sisters, Kim E. Kelly and Jane E. Hebert both of Groveland, Mass.; brother, Thomas J. Brazis of Rochester, brother David M. Scurrah of Danvers, Mass., and several nieces and nephews; her two best friends, who were like brothers to her, JR Davis and Robert Hebert of Rochester.
Diana was predeceased by her father, Donald J. Brazis and her Uncle Linwood A. Ross.
