Dover man critically injured in head-on Madbury crash

MADBURY - A Dover man sustained life-threatening injuries early Sunday in a head-on collision in Madbury.

The crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Route 155 when police say it appears one of the vehicles crossed the solid yellow line striking the other.

Thomas Martinez, 30, of Dover, who was critically injured, was taken to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, while the driver of the other car, Seamus Kirwan, 27, of Goffstown was taken to Wentworth Douglass Hospital with what were described as nonlife-threatening injuries.

An updated condition on Martinez was not immediately available.
