Downtown storm cleanup parking ban begins at 11 p.m.

ROCHESTER - A downtown parking ban will be in effect from tonight at 11 p.m. till Wednesday at 7 a.m.

No vehicles without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in municipal parking lots during this time.
