ROCHESTER - Rochester residents on Sunday will get a look at New Hampshire's first mobile trailer bar, featuring a concoction with enough "punch" to make a British sailor proud.

"Rockin' the Kozbar," the brainchild of Crescent City Kitchen food truck owner Chris Kozlowski, is a self-contained bar on wheels. It'll drop anchor with Crescent City Kitchen along with a large array of other food trucks, more than 25 street vendors and live music at noon at the Lilac Mall.

"Koz" - as Kozlowski is known - revealed the recipe for his "Better Than Prozac Punch" on Friday, a blend of six rums and fruit juices garnished with fruit and an umbrella for "that tropical feel."

The mobile bar will also carry draft beers like Smuttynose Vunderbar Pilsner and Stoneface IPA along with bottled or canned beer from Lawson's Sip of Sunshine DIPA, Allagash White, Tuckerman Alt, Cigar City Jai Alai IPA and Moat Blueberry Ale. He'll also have wine from Salmon Creek.

Kozlowski said the "KozBar" would also have plenty of seating area.

Sunday's food truck festival is a reprise of a pair of successful events held last summer at the Lilac Mall.

While the October 2018 event was a little chilly, Sunday temperatures are expected to be close to 70 with only a slight chance of thunderstorms by midafternoon.

Some of the other food trucks already committed to show are Soul Patrol BBQ, Clyde's Cupcakes, Curb Appeal Meals, Burrito Betty's, Blue Mermaid, Chez Rafiki, Dueling Chefs, The Pizza Man.

While the patron seating for Sunday's event is expected to be more than adequate, eventgoers are also allowed to bring their own tables and chairs if they want to set up their own seating and eating area.

Organizers also note that many of the trucks now accept credit and debit cards. A second such festival is slated for Aug. 11.

As of today a Facebook event page notes 241 are going and some 3,000 are interested.

The event runs from noon-5 p.m.
