Ex-Rochester man wanted on heroin trafficking charge

CONCORD - A former Rochester man is this week's Fugitive of the Week.

Michael Harold Francis, 28, who previously lived on Locust Street, has an arrest warrant out for him for failure to appear in Rockingham County Superior court on charges of distribution of heroin and fentanyl, according to a release from the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force.

Francis is 5-feet-10 and 175 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on his back and chest, left and right arms and legs and a scar on his left finger.

Anyone who thinks they may know the whereabouts of Francis is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or local police.
