Farmington School District to hold COVID vax clinic

FARMINGTON - The Farmington School District will be hosting a vaccination clinic for all approved ages (5-11, 12-17, and 18+) on Jan. 15 from 9 a.m.-noon in the VVCS multipurpose room. Registration will be open through Jan. 5 at 4 p.m.
Strafford County Public Health Network will be running the clinic and offering Pfizer vaccines to all participants. Also, anyone over 18 can receive a booster of the Pfizer vaccine, regardless of the type with which they were initially vaccinated. Pfizer is the only vaccine approved for children and youth under 18.
Organizers are asking that participants provide information for each person seeking a shot in a separate submitted form. They will be asked to give the person's name, age on January 15, 2022, and the time slot for which they will be arriving.

Registration will ensure enough vaccine is available; there will be sufficient doses, even if you register for a later time slot.
