FARMINGTON - A Farmington woman is facing more than 20 years in prison after her indictment.
Kristen Gates, 31, of 45 Maple St., was formally charged with selling the drug to a confidential informant in Farmington on Oct. 21, Oct. 23 and Nov. 8 of 2020.
Each of the three counts carries a maximum sentence of seven years and a $100.000 fine.
The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down on Sept. 18 and released on Wednesday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been presented to warrant a trial.
