ROCHESTER - Winter Faire ENCORE, aka "Last Minute Shopping," will be held at First Church Congregational, 63 South Main Street, on Dec. 18 from 8 a.m.-noon.

On hand will be themed gift baskets, handcrafts, general store items (including buttons!), and the remaining $5 Grab-a-Boxes left from August, some with gift cards.
