MILTON - A Little Free Library has opened at the James Culverhouse Memorial Playground at the Town Beach. Visitors can take a book for free or leave a book for someone else to enjoy.

The Little Free Library in Milton is sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Free Public Library.

A Little Free Library is a "take a book, return a book" free book exchange.

The effort behind Little Free libraries is to promote literacy and the love of reading by building free book exchanges worldwide and to build a sense of community, sharing creativity and wisdom across generations. There are nearly 40,000 Little Free Library book exchanges around the world, bringing curbside literacy home and sharing millions of books annually.
