ROCHESTER - Two Rochester teenagers were arrested on Thursday when police reported to the scene of a disturbance at the First United Church soup kitchen and found they both had bench warrants.
Officers first arrived at the scene around 5:30 p.m. after they got a report that there were four or five people that became disorderly during an argument that broke out at the soup kitchen.
Most of the troublemakers were leaving when officers arrived, according to Rochester Police Capt. Jason Thomas, but two of them were found to have bench warrants.
Julia L. Tanguay, 19, of 52 Seasons Lane, was found to have a bench warrant for unlawful possession, while the other, Anthony Wallace Freeman, 18, of 100 Rochester Hill Road, Apt. E1, had one for operating without a valid license.
There were no arrests as a result of the disturbance, itself.
