Fugitive of Week picked up by Rochester Police during unwanted person call

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police arrested a U.S. Marshal's "Fugitive of the Week" on Monday after responding to a call on Charles Street for an unwanted person.

Reginald Trefethen, 27, of Rochester, was being sought on a Rockingham County Superior Court warrant for failing to appear on charges of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, cocaine and being an accomplice to the sale of fentanyl.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers made contact with Trefethen and arrested him without incident, U.S. Marshals said in a press release.

Trefethen was transported to Strafford County Jail pending pickup by Rockingham County Sheriff's Deputies for an appearance in Rockingham County Superior Court today.
