Fugitive Task Force looking to track down Rochester man wanted in fentanyl death case

ROCHESTER -- A Rochester man who failed to appear in court in a fentanyl death case in which he allegedly supplied the fatal dose is this week's U.S. Marshal's Task Force Fugitive of the week.

Ben MacKenzie, 21, is currently charged on several warrants out of Strafford County including sale of a controlled drug, failure to appear and distribution of fentanyl, death resulting.

MacKenzie, 21, formerly of 198 South Main St., has close ties to the area and Southern Maine, according to a release sent to The Rochester Voice.

MacKenzie is described as 5' 8" tall and 150 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of MacKenzie, or has observed a person who resembles him is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police department.
