Fugitive wanted on local theft, drug charges nabbed by Marshals task force

FARMINGTON - A man sought by U.S. Marshals on bench warrants in local drug and assault cases was captured on Thursday in Farmington.

Scott Pelletier, 47, was located and arrested along with two associates in a remote section of Meaderboro Road.

The calls tipping marshals to his whereabouts come in shortly after Pelletier was named "Fugitive of the Week and pointed to a remote residence off of Meaderboro Road.

Members of the Fugitive Task Force, along with several officers from the Farmington Police Department, went to this address and were able to locate and arrest Pelletier.

In addition to Pelletier, two of his friends were found to have outstanding arrest warrants and were also arrested. They were:

Shawn Sullivan, 47, arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Rochester District Court for Criminal Trespass. He was held at the Strafford County Jail on $250 bail.

Kevin Henderson, 46, arrested on two outstanding warrants; the first was issued by the Strafford County Superior Court for Failure to appear on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug (No bail), and the second was for narcotic charges and operating a vehicle with a loaded firearm which had a bail set in the amount of $1,000.

Pelletier was being sought on multiple outstanding arrest warrants, including two narcotic charges out of Strafford County Superior Court, as well as a theft of services and a simple assault charges out of Rochester District Court.

Pelletier, Sullivan and Henderson were all transported to the Strafford County Jail, where they will be held pending their initial court appearances.
