Fugitive with city ties sought after ditching supervised release

ROCHESTER - The U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force is looking for the public's help in catching up with a Rochester man who is wanted for violation of supervised release.

Todd Elliott Jr., 25, is 5-feet-8 and 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos, including a cross on his left shoulder, 'Family 1st" on his abdomen, a Celtic knot on his right forearm and a blue cross on his right shoulder.

Elliott was on supervised release as a result of a 2015 conviction for bank robbery. His was last known to be living in the Rochester area where he has friends and family.
