ROCHESTER - Granite State Choral Society and Nashua Choral Society will present Mozart's Requiem in D Minor later this month in Rochester.

The joint choir of some 90 voices will be accompanied by Symphony NH. Under the direction of guest conductor, Anne Watson Born, the program with feature soloists Erin M. Smith, soprano; Emily Jaworski, mezzo-soprano; Nick DeFrancesco, tenor; and Mark Andrew Cleveland, bass.

Performances will be held on Saturday, May 18, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 19, at 3 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 34 South Main St., Rochester. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door; Student admission with ID verification is $10. The Granite State Choral Society is a nonauditioned community chorus dedicated to presenting quality choral performances, ranging in styles from classical to secular, and to promoting the appreciation of the choral arts. The members come from all walks of life, from age 12 on up, and range from experienced singers to novices just discovering the joys of choral singing.

Symphony NH was founded in 1923 and is New Hampshire's oldest professional orchestra. Their mission is to inspire and enlighten through exceptional live music.
