EAST ROCHESTER - Henry G. Corriveau, 94, died Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at his home after a period of failing health.
Henry was born in Rochester, N.H., on September 28, 1921, the son of Joseph and Exilia (Flewry) Corriveau, and had been a lifelong resident of the Rochester area. He was a communicant of Holy Rosary Church in Rochester, a veteran of WWII serving with the US Army Air Corps. He was also a member of the American Legion, the Knights of Columbus and former owner and operator of the Milton Garage in Milton, N.H. He was predeceased by a son Edward Corriveau who died in 2007.
Surviving members of the family include: his wife, Beatrice (Gauthier) Corriveau of East Rochester, N.H., four sons, Henry A. Corriveau of Milton, N.H., Robert Corriveau of Rochester, N.H., Thomas Corriveau and Roger Corriveau, both of Milton, N.H., two daughters, Alice Vermette of Rochester, N.H., and Annette Hope-Ross of Portsmouth, N.H., 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild on the way and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
