CONCORD - Two men wer0e arrested on Monday in connection with the death of a man in Derry n May
Jeffrey Li, 18, and Marco Junior Marquez Vera, 20, were both charged with second-degree murder for allegedly fatally stabbing Gui Lin, 41, according to a release on Monday from the Attorney Generals Office.
The attack occurred at 4 Peabody Annex Road in Derry on May 19.
In addition, as a result of the investigation into the circumstances leading to Lin's death, Marquez Vera, and Ayaan Nisaar, 18, have been charged with additional crimes.
All three have also been charged with robbery and attempted burglary.
Marquez Vera was taken into custody in Madrid, Spain. while Jeffrey Li and Ayaan Nisaar were arrested in Queens, N.Y.
The arrests were made with support from the NYPD, FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, and the United States Postal Inspection Service.
All three defendants are expected to be extradited to New Hampshire and subsequently arraigned at the Tenth Circuit Court, Derry District Division, at times to be determined by the Court.

The charges and allegations against Jeffrey Li, Marco Junior Marquez Vera, and Ayaan Nisaar are merely accusations, and each is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
