INVITATION TO BID

CUT AND SPLIT FIREWOOD

The Town of Lebanon will receive sealed bids to cut and split approximately 6 cord of tree length wood until:

Monday, 5/5/14 at 5:00 pm

All bids will be publicly opened, read aloud and awarded by the Selectmen on Tuesday, 5/6/14 at 6:30 pm at the Town Office. All bidders will be notified by mail.

FAXED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Specifications are as follows:

Request bids to cut and split approximately 6 cord of tree length wood located at the town garage.

Length to be cut is 16” and anything over 8” diameter to be quartered

Wood to be piled after cutting and splitting

Any questions can be directed to the Board of Selectmen at 207-457-6082.

The Board of Selectmen reserve the right to waive all information in bids, to accept any bid or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids. In evaluating bids, price shall be a major factor but not the only consideration.

2003 FORD EXPEDITION

The Town of Lebanon will receive sealed bids for a 2003 Ford Expedition until:

Monday, May 5, 2014 at 5:00 pm

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 6:30 pm at the Town Office. Full payment is required from the winning bidder no later than May 12, 2014 by 5:00 pm.

FAXED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Specifics for the vehicle are:

Red in color, used as a fire vehicle for the city of Concord, NH and is equipped with cabinets, lights and sirens. The mileage is 79,343.

The vehicle will be sold as is, as seen, with no warranties expressed or conveyed.

A MINIMUM BID OF $5,500.00 WILL BE REQUIRED.

The vehicle may be viewed at the following dates and times ONLY:

April 28 and May 3 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Transfer Station located on Merchants Row

The Board of Selectmen reserve the right to refuse any or all bids at their discretion.
