Labor Laws breakfast workshop at Gov's Inn on Feb. 11

ROCHESTER - Rochester businesses are invited to attend a Labor Laws for Business Breakfast Workshop that will provide information on how to stay violation free from the New Hampshire Department of Labor and learn about important updates to labor laws.

Speakers at the Feb. 11 event include Michele Small of the state Department of Labor and Steve McKinney of the U.S. Department of Labor.

Topic sure to come up are:

• The top ten NH Department of Labor violations;
• Exemptions under the New Overtime Final Rule;
• New Regular Rate Final Rule.

The workshop runs from 7:30-9:30 a.m. at the Governor's Inn with breakfast included.

Cost is $20 for Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce members, $30 for nonmembers.
