ROCHESTER - A Lebanon teen was among a pair arrested on Wednesday in connection with a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Kelsey Santeusanio 17, of 383 Hubbard Road in Berwick, along with Jessica Copeland, 17, of Bakers Grant Road in Lebanon were charged with Willful Concealment and released on $1,500 Personal Recognizance bail pending an arraignment next month at Rochester District Court.
The Rochester Police would like to remind the public that a person twice convicted of Shoplifting within a 36 month period can be charged with a Class B Felony.
