Lebanon man faces prison in local house break-in, theft

ALFRED, Maine - A Lebanon man has been indicted in the burglary of a local residence in August.

Travis Libby, 35, of 646 River Road, was formerly charged by a York County grand jury with felony burglary and felony theft in connection with the Aug. 3 break-in.

Libby faces up to 15 years if convicted on both counts.

The York County grand jury indictments were handed down on Tuesday and released on Thursday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
