LEBANON - A Lebanon man faces up to 15 years in state prison after his indictment this week by a Strafford County grand jury.

James Cullen, 45, with a last known address of 21 Pork St., is charged with theft by unauthorized taking, a Class A felony that can also result in a $4,000 fine.

Court records indicate that Cullen committed the theft on Aug. 28 in Dover, N.H., and that the value of the goods or services exceeded $1,500.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down May 19 and released on Friday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been presented to a grand jury to warrant a trial.
