LEBANON - A Lebanon man has been indicted in a domestic violence incident from October.

Raymond L. Gauvreau, 48, of 222 Richardson Road, stands charged with domestic violence terrorizing with a weapon, according to York County Superior Court records.

The incident occurred on Oct. 30, with at least one similar complaint having been filed in the past.

The charge, a Class B felony, carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in state prison.

The York County January indictments were handed down and released on Thursday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to move forward to trial.
