Lebanon man indicted in Rochester burglary

DOVER, N.H. - A Lebanon man has been indicted on burglary charges in connection with a break-in at a Rochester residence in August.

John Donnell, 27, with a last known address of 433 Lower Guinea Road, faces up to seven years in state prison for his alleged break-in at a Rochester Hill Road residence on Aug. 11.

If found guilty he could also be fined $4,000 for his alleged involvement in the incident.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down on Nov. 19 and released on Tuesday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
