DOVER - A Lebanon woman is facing up to seven years in state prison after her indictment earlier this week in the robbery of a Rochester drug store.

Ann Castellez, 58, of Lower Barley Road, Lebanon, Maine, is charged in the Feb. 16 holdup of the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Milton Road across from Market Basket.

According to the indictment, Castellez handed an employee a note saying she had a gun and switchblade in her possession and demanded drugs.

After Castellez left with an undisclosed amount of prescription medicine, she allegedly fled into Maine, where she was later picked up by State Police.

While the note indicated she had weapons on her, none were shown during the robbery.

The York County indictments were handed down on April 19 and released on Wednesday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been shown to warrant a trial.
