CONCORD - DHHS announced 39 new positive test results for COVID-19 on Friday, including three under the age of 18 and two from Strafford County and 13 from nearby Rockingham County, which includes Portsmouth.

One new hospitalized case was identified for a current total of 23. There were no new deaths.
