CONCORD - The Attorney Generals Office announced today that a Londonderry man pleaded guilty on Thursday to voting in more than one state, a Class B felony.

Laurence Kahn, 58 admitted to knowingly casting a ballot in Londonderry after already casting a ballot in the same election year in Michigan during the 2016 General Election.

Kahn was sentenced to 90 days at the House of Corrections, all suspended for one year on the condition of his good behavior. The court also ordered he pay a $4,000 fine with a penalty assessment of $960.

As consequence of Kahn's election law conviction and pursuant to Part I, Article 11 of the New Hampshire Constitution, his right to vote in New Hampshire is terminated.
