Lowell Street paving project beings on Monday

ROCHESTER - Roadway paving work on Lowell Street is scheduled to begin on Monday and continue for approximately five weeks. Watch for equipment in the road and expect traffic delays. Paving work will occur on Lowell Street between Columbus Avenue and Tebbetts Road.
