8-24-13 Tpr. Kyle Wells arrested ROBERT FEDERSPIEL (33 y.o.) of Florida for Domestic Violence Assault following a dispute at 231 North Rochester Road in Lebanon. FEDERSPIEL pushed his fiancé and their 5 month old baby into a wall. Both victims were assessed by rescue and released with no injuries. 

Sgt. Robert Nichols arrested ROBERT HOULE 52 y.o. from Hollis for criminal trespass on 8-25-13. HOULE, who was extremely intoxicated, attempted to gain entry into his neighbor’s house, thinking that he lived there. The homeowners repeatedly told HOULE to leave, but he refused and continued to try to enter the house. The homeowner had to physically remove HOULE from the porch. HOULE then passed out in the driveway for a short time. As Sgt. Nichols arrived, HOULE was again trying to make entry into the house, and the homeowner was hollering at him to leave. HOULE was arrested and transported to the York County Jail. 

8-25-13 Trooper Jonathan Heimbach and Matthew Williams arrested MATTHEW BINETTE (28 y.o.) of Biddeford on a Probation Hold after their assistance was requested by Probation Services. 

8-25-13 Tpr. Benjamin Smith arrested STEVEN DAY (24 y.o.) for VCR at his residence in Hollis. 

Sgt. Robert Nichols arrested BARRY COLBY (55 y.o.) from Milton, NH for OUI on his motorcycle on Rt. 202 in Alfred on 8-24-13. Also, COLBY’S son, COREY (36 y.o.) who was operating another motorcycle in the group with his father, was summonsed for operating without a license as he had no motorcycle permission on his license. The group of motorcycles was stopped for excessive exhaust noise. While stopped at a red light at the intersection of Rt. 111, 202, and 4 in Alfred, BARRY COLBY sat at the red light racing the engine of the motorcycle. Sgt. Nichols stopped the motorcycles and found the violations. 

8-24-13 Tpr. Benjamin Smith arrested TYLER WEBSTER (19 y.o.) of Springvale for VCR and summonsed him for OAS following a stop in Lyman. 

8-25-13 Tpr. Benjamin Smith summonsed SAMUEL MARTIN (20 y.o.) of South Portland for OAS following a stop in Hollis. 

8-20-13 Tpr. Benjamin Smith summonsed MARK ANDERSON (52 y.o.) of Acton for operating an unregistered MV>150 days and OAS infraction following a stop in Hollis. 

Tpr. Benjamin Smith arrested ISAIAH BROWN (19 y.o.) of Alfred on a warrant following a stop in Sanford. 

8-25-13 Tpr. Adam Schmidt received a complaint of a hit and run accident in Lebanon. After investigating the incident it was determined that TAMMY GOSS (42 y.o.) of Lebanon was the party that left the scene. Tpr. Schmidt summonsed GOSS for Failure to report an accident by quickest means and Failure to notify owner of property damage. GOSS was also issued a VSAC for Failure to Register Vehicle 30-150 days as her vehicles registration had expired.
