ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested Tuesday in a road rage incident stemming from a Christmas altercation on Route 125 near the Spaulding Exit 12 overpass.
Peter Poole, 65, of 29 Peaslee Road, was charged with violation-level disorderly conduct and misdemeanor criminal threatening.
He was released on $2,500 bail with a no contact on the woman alleged to be the victim who was in a separate vehicle.
No details of the incident were released.
He will be arraigned in April.
