Man indicted on operating after revocation charges

Richard A Dixon Jr.

ALFRED, Maine - A Lebanon man has been indicted on two felony counts of operating after revocation.

Richard A Dixon Jr., 34, of 308 Chick Road, faces five years in prison for each count. Both of the incidents and arrest occurred on July 25.

The arrest was made by Maine State Police, who did not return calls this week regarding the case.

In early July Dixon was indicted on 11 counts of felony theft by deception.

October's York County grand jury indictments were handed down Tuesday and released to the public on Thursday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward to trial.
