Man wanted on bail violations nabbed by U.S. Marshals in Dover

CONCORD - A Dover man wanted on bail violations was captured in Dover today by U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force members who spotted him at a local coffeeshop.

Timothy Michael Leccese, 30, of Dover,was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Superior Court for bail violations on a narcotics charge.

U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force agent Colin Wheeler spotted Leccese in a vehicle at a Dover coffee establishment. Wheeler immediately requested assistance from the Strafford County Sheriff's Department to make the arrest.

Leccese's vehicle was then followed out onto the Spaulding Turnpike, where deputies conducted a traffic stop and arrested Leccese without incident. He was transported to the Strafford County Jail pending his initial court appearance later today.
