Mass., Vermont, N.H. near top of heap when it comes to vaccination rates

Four of New England's six states are in the top five in the overall rank of states with the best vacciantion rates, according to a survey released today by WalletHub, a personal finance website.. At the top was Massachusetts, followed by Vermont, Rhode Island, North Dakota and New Hampshire. Maine was ranked 14th, while Connecticut came in 22nd. In order to find out which states vaccinate most, WalletHub analyzed the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 18 key metrics, ranging from share of vaccinated children to share of people without health insurance to presence of reported measles outbreaks.
