ROCHESTER - The Rochester Mental Health Alliance will hold several events focused on connection, education, and seasonal fun in the coming months.

From the 2nd Annual Valentine Warmth & Wellness Gathering on Feb. 20, offering activities like chair yoga, gratitude sharing, and safety resources, to a series of Suicide Prevention Trainings held across the Tri-City area this winter and spring, participants will find meaningful opportunities to support personal and community well-being.

In April, the Alliance will also host the spirited "Tell Winter to Fly Away" Chili and Wing Cook Off fund-raiser, bringing neighbors together for friendly competition while raising support for local mental health initiatives.

All are welcome to attend, learn and celebrate community wellness.
