Michael J. Davis ... enjoyed motorcycling; at 57

SOMERSWORTH - Michael J. Davis, 57, of Somersworth, New Hampshire, passed away unexpectedly on February 5, 2026. Michael was a cherished son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and strength to all who knew him. He had a way of making people feel welcome and valued, and his steady support and generous heart will be deeply missed. Michael leaves behind Lisa Goyette, his soulmate and devoted partner. Their bond was built on love, loyalty, and unwavering devotion over the past 14 years. He is survived by his loving parents, John and Rachel Davis of Madbury, NH; his sister, April Brown, and her husband, Michael Brown, and their children, Michael Brown and Alyssa Brown; and his daughter, Michaela Davis; also his grandchildren Madison and Cora. He also leaves behind numerous friends whose lives were made brighter by knowing him. Michael's memory will live on in the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the love he gave so freely. He will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Michael lived his life with energy and enthusiasm. He was a fun-loving person who truly enjoyed life to the fullest. Whether it was sharing a laugh with friends playing cribbage, spending time with family, or simply making the most of an ordinary day, Michael believed that life was meant to be celebrated. He worked hard in everything he did, but he also believed in playing hard. Michael enjoyed taking long motorcycle rides with Lisa and exploring the world together, making memories along the way. Michael was also known for his generous spirit. He was the kind of person who would do anything for anyone. If someone needed help, he was there--without hesitation and without any expectation of anything in return. Michael's legacy lives on through the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the countless lives he touched with his kindness and generosity. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of his family and friends.
