ROCHESTER - A Middleton, N.H., man was arrested on Monday in connection with a June incident at the Rochester Common in which police say they discovered suspected illegally obtained prescription drugs in a vehicle that he occupied.

Emile A Dube, 55, of 113 Ridge Road, was charged with felony possession of Klonopin and Xanax, both schedule IV narcotics.

During the incident, investigators confiscated the prescription drugs and sent them to the New Hampshire State lab for testing, where they were identified, leading to Monday's arrest. Dube turned himself in shortly after the warrant was issued.

He was bailed on personal recognizance pending a March court date.
