ROCHESTER - A Milton woman and a passenger in her car were injured on Wednesday when the car they were driving crashed into a trailer on North Main Street.

The accident occurred a little after noon when police say Megan Doyon, 46, was driving an Audi A4 south on North Main Street when she attempted to pull into the left hand turning lane while approaching the Ten Rod Road intersection.

Her vehicle then struck a trailer being pulled by a Chevrolet Silverado, which was stopped in traffic at the time of the crash.

As a result a jet ski on the trailer became dislodged and thrown into the roadway.

Doyon and one of her adult passengers, Jennifer Rollins, were transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital for what were described as nonlife-threatening injuries.

The operator of the Chevrolet, James Dube of Middleton, Mass., was not injured.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

The case is still under investigation. Anyone with information about this collision is asked to contact the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128.
