Morning commute could be icy, dicey after nighttime snow, freezing rain

ROCHESTER - Today's temperatures will rise into the 40s, but during the morning commute treacherous driving is still expected from minor flooding due to snow-clogged storm drains as well as ponding on slushy roadways following several hours of snow and freezing rain.
Meanwhile on Wednesday, Eversource in New Hampshire and Central Maine Power in Maine were able to restore power to nearly every customer following two storms that began a week ago. The only Northern Seacoast community still having issues was Milton, where Eversource reports today that 32 of 2,600 customers are still without power.
The winter storm warning in effect since Wednesday afternoon ends today at 10 a.m.
