ROCHESTER - A Rochester mobile home went up in flames today, but luckily the lone occupant and their dog both got out safely, fire officials said.
Firefighters responded to the call at 99 Four Rod Road around 6:20 a.m. to find the structure fully involved, according to Rochester Deputy Fire Chief Adam Hughes.
Firefighters had to draft water from Baxter Lake and use tankers to get water to the fire scene.
Hughes said the mobile home was a total loss and a shed on the property took minor damage.
No other area homes were affected and no one was injured, Hughes said.

The cause and origin of the fire is undetermined at this time, he added.
As a reminder, Rochester Fire urged residents to make sure they have working detectors and keep their heat systems inspected, cleaned and maintained for the season.
Mutual aid was called in from Strafford, Somersworth, Milton and Farmington with station coverage supplied by Dover and Barrington.
