Motorcyclist hurt in Saturday crash dies of injuries; passenger remains in stable

ROCHESTER - A Massachusetts man whose motorcycle crashed on the Spaulding Connector last Saturday has died.

Kevin Komosa, 41, of Whately, Mass., succumbed to injures at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, according to a press release from New Hampshire

State Police sent on Wednesday.

His passenger, Ashley Culber, 28, of Buckland, Mass., who was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital after the crash, remains in serious but stable condition.

The accident occurred around 8:30 p.m. near the northbound exit 16 off-ramp from Route 16.
The motorcycle, a 2016 Harley-Davidson, was traveling westbound on the connector when it crossed the centerline and went off the roadway on the eastbound side, according to a statement from New Hampshire State Police. The operator of the motorcycle was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital. Their passenger was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Both eastbound and westbound traffic on the connector had to be shut down for about two hours while the crash scene was investigated.
